Scallion Oil and Taro Puree

Cut the taro into small pieces and steam it in a steamer

Heat up the wok, add a proper amount of oil, add the green onions and fry on low heat until the green onions turn yellow, remove the green onions and discard

Put in taro and sugar, press into a mud with a spatula, low heat all the way
