Scallion Oil Pasta

Prepare ingredients. About 400g of flour, about 4g of yeast powder, a green onion, and an appropriate amount of white sesame.

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the yeast powder and let it stand for a while. Then slowly pour it into the flour and knead it into a dough. The surface of the pancake must be softer.

Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the dough, and then cover with plastic wrap. Waking up for about an hour (may be longer in winter).

Chop the green onions and put them in a bowl, then add a pinch of salt and white sesame seeds. Add a little oil to the pot, turn off the heat and pour it into a bowl when the oil is hot. The scallion oil is ready.

When the dough has been fermented to twice its original volume, it is basically fermented.

Sprinkle a little dry noodles on the panel and take out the dough. After kneading until the surface is smooth, let it wake up for another ten minutes.

Roll out the dough and spread the shallot oil evenly on the surface.

Divide the noodles into small doses by hand.

Pour a little oil into the electric baking pan.

Knead the dough into a cake shape and put it in an electric baking pan. Stick a little water on your fingers, and tap lightly in the middle of the cake. Then glue the sesame seeds on top.

When the bottom is baked into golden yellow, turn it over once. Then continue to burn the other side to make golden yellow.

Double-sided golden can be out of the pot. Put it on the table.
Tips:
1. Electric baking pan firepower select "pancake". If you use gas, be sure to use a small fire.
2. Brush a layer of oil on the surface of the dough to make the dough more moist.
