Scallion Oil Small Yellow Croaker

Wash the small yellow croaker, put it in cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and ginger slices and marinate for a while. The frozen small yellow croaker is fishy. I marinated it overnight. The fresh one can be shorter.

Put the marinated small yellow croaker in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes until it is cooked. Sprinkle diced green onions, pour a small amount of soy sauce, and top with hot oil.
