Scallion Pomfret

After the fish is washed, make three crossings diagonally.

Spread salt on the fish, put green onion and ginger, add cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes

Adjust the steaming box to the normal steaming mode. After preheating to 100 degrees, put it into the middle layer and steam for 10 minutes.

While steaming the fish, cut the green onions and adjust the fish sauce: mix the steamed fish with soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Remove the green onion and ginger from the steamed fish, and pour out the steamed water. Then pour the fish sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Heat oil in a pot and evenly pour it on the green onions.
