Steamed Silver Pomfret

Prepare the ingredients: Remove the internal organs of the fish and wash it, then cut the fish three times diagonally, cutting both sides

Put onion, ginger, garlic on the fish

Put it in the Panasonic IH rice cooker

A rice cooker that works well

Select the steaming function, it takes 5 minutes

Open the lid after steaming for two minutes

Pick out the onion, ginger, and garlic

Add the steamed fish soy sauce and some chopped green onions. It tastes so delicious!
Tips:
Set the steaming time according to the size of the fish. If the fish is big, extend it by two minutes. Don’t open the lid immediately after steaming. Steam it for two minutes.
