Steamed Fish

The viscera and gills of fresh silver pomfret are removed, and cross flowers are cut on the fish after washing.

Spread a little salt evenly on the fish
3.
Put green onions, ginger and garlic in the belly of the fish and marinate for 30 minutes
4.
Put water in the steamer, put the fish into steam after the water is boiled
5.
Steam for about ten minutes
6.
Put in some shredded green onions
7.
Just drizzle with some steamed fish soy sauce
