Scallion Pork Floss Bread
1.
Put milk and eggs first, put xylitol and salt diagonally, then put high flour, dig pits on the flour to put yeast, and start a dough mixing program. Knead until smooth.
2.
Put in the softened butter and start the dough mixing process again. My bread machine is 20 minutes.
3.
Fermented in a bread machine until it is twice as large. I forgot to take a picture of this one. After fermenting, divide it into ten equal parts and let it stand for ten minutes.
4.
Roll out into long strips, wrap them with pork floss, place them on a baking tray, then put them in the oven, put a pot of boiling water underneath, and ferment the bread twice until the bread fills the baking tray. (The first time I passed the recipe, I was in a hurry and missed the shot.)
5.
Picture missed, embarrassing.
6.
After the second fermentation is complete, brush the egg yolk liquid, sprinkle with chopped cheese, green onion, sesame seeds, squeeze tomato sauce and salad dressing.
7.
Bake at 170 degrees in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
8.
Out of the oven, the aroma is overflowing.
9.
Must be soft and fragrant.
10.
With some seaweed rice, water spinach, and a glass of milk for breakfast, a good life begins with breakfast.
