The main ingredients are other materials other than (butter). Put it into Dongling DL-T09G bread machine.

After kneading a dough program (7 minutes), add butter. Then adjust to the dough mixing program to continue kneading.

After kneading the butter, the dough is smooth. Use scissors to cut the top of the dough with clean scissors. When the dough is kneaded and smooth again, cut it again and repeat this action over and over again.

About 15 minutes, check the film state. Put on the lid of the bread machine and adjust it to the fermented state for a shot.

For about 30-40 minutes, use your fingers to stick flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough without shrinking or collapsing.

Take out the dough and divide it into 2 portions, and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. The water absorption of different brands of flour is also different, and the amount of water in the formula should be adjusted appropriately.
2. The fermentation time is not fixed, it mainly depends on the state of fermentation.
