Scallion Salty Bread

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine, except butter, run IMIX program for 20 minutes

After the program ends, add 25g of softened butter and continue to run the IM program for 25 minutes

After the program ends, select the fermentation program, 60 minutes

Melt 40g butter in water, add chopped green onion, 2g salt and 30g egg mixture, mix well and refrigerate for later use

After the fermentation is over, use your fingers to dip the dry noodles and poke holes without collapsing.

Take out the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts, round it, put it in a baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and send it to the oven to ferment for 30 minutes

After fermenting to double the size, brush the egg liquid on the surface
