Scallion Sesame Oil Cake

Add appropriate amount of boiled water to the flour and make a soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap for more than half an hour (winter flour is cooler on the balcony, so use boiling water to blanch the flour)

Chopped green onions, ready for frying

Add the chopped green onions to the oil residue, mix well, and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds

Roll the dough into pancakes and spread the oil residue evenly

Roll up

Divide evenly into 4 parts, tighten and compact on both sides

Roll into a round cake

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, add the oil to the pan and bake over a small fire

Turn over and burn the other side

Out of the pot
Tips:
1. Salt is added during oil refining, so the oil residue has saltiness, so there is no need to add salt.
2. Add oil residue in an appropriate amount, too much will make it greasy.
