The husband went home last time and brought a bucket of chicken, duck eggs, and her mother-in-law’s own poultry. These eggs are all authentic native eggs. The yolks are especially yellow. They are used to make pancakes in beautiful color and good taste.

Scallion Sesame Omelette

1. Mix the eggs with salt and mix the flour with salt and water to make a batter.

2. Prepare sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

3. Electric baking pan for cooking oil.

4. Pour the batter.

5. Pour the egg liquid evenly.

6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives.

7. Cover the electric baking pan and fry on both sides.

8. Turn on after a minute or two.

9. Fold it up and load it on the plate.

Tips:

1. Make the batter evenly, too thin cakes will be too soft and easy to rot.
2. With sesame and chives, the cake will be more delicious.
