Scallion Shrimp

Clean the prawns, because I like to fry whole prawns, so I didn’t remove the prawn heads and intestines, cut the green onion into sections, and pat the garlic flat for use.

Pour a little oil into the pan, heat the oil, add garlic and sauté fragrant, pour shrimp and stir fry

Stir fry until the prawns are discolored on both sides, turn to low heat, fry the prawns until the prawn skin is zoomed, sprinkle a small amount of seasoned chicken powder, green onion, and oyster sauce, mix well, and bring out.
Tips:
When frying, don't fry for too long, otherwise the meat of the shrimp will not be tender enough.
