Scallop and Abalone Sauce, Roasted Mushroom, Tricholoma and Yam

All ingredients.

All seasonings.

Dice the yam and set aside.

Mushroom bisporus, tricholoma diced and set aside.

Red and yellow bell peppers, diced green onions and set aside.

Fill the frying spoon with oil.

Stir-fry the yam with oil heat.

Stir-fry for a few times, add green onion and ginger and stir-fry for a nice aroma.

Add bisporus mushroom and tricholoma and stir fry.
