I think that there is no meat with this kind of seasoning, so it is completely fragrant and flavorful to stir-fry the vegetarian dishes. Scallop and Abalone Sauce, Roasted Mushroom, Tricholoma and Yam

1. All ingredients.

2. All seasonings.

3. Dice the yam and set aside.

4. Mushroom bisporus, tricholoma diced and set aside.

5. Red and yellow bell peppers, diced green onions and set aside.

6. Fill the frying spoon with oil.

7. Stir-fry the yam with oil heat.

8. Stir-fry for a few times, add green onion and ginger and stir-fry for a nice aroma.

9. Add bisporus mushroom and tricholoma and stir fry.

10. Stir the mushrooms thoroughly and cook a little rice wine.

11. Then cook the light soy sauce, stir fry and pour in the scallop abalone juice. Stir well and add a little water to simmer for a while.

12. After simmering for a while, add the colored peppers, then use a little chicken powder and pepper to season and fry them out.
