Scallop Fish Maw Stewed Chicken Soup

The local chicken is clean and cut into small pieces

Tips:
My stew pot is for one person, so I only stewed one chicken leg. If the amount is large, the time will increase. This kind of fish glue chicken soup stewed in water is relatively clear, not very sticky
