The zucchini in the refrigerator is usually used to cook salted egg and lean meat soup. Today I have a new idea to make a scallop zucchini.
The food outside is called jade ring, which is stuffed into zucchini, and I tore the scallops, fry them and put them on top of the cooked zucchini. This dish is very popular with my family, haha!

Scallop Squash

1. Ingredients, zucchini, peeled, washed and set aside

2. Cut zucchini into circles one centimeter thick

3. boil water

4. After the water is boiled, add the zucchini, cook for about 10 minutes, and the zucchini is cooked

5. Scoop it up and put it in the dish

6. The scallops are soaked and moistened in advance

7. Tear up the wet scallops

8. Add oil to the pan, add scallops and stir fry

9. Add the bowl of water to soak the scallops

10. Cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes

11. Add some salt and sugar to taste

12. Add the right amount of soy sauce and soy flour

13. Stir fry to collect juice

14. Put the scallops on top of the zucchini and finish

Tips:

Don't pour the water used to soak the scallops. When frying the scallops, pour in this water to fry to ensure the taste of the scallops.
Water boiled zucchini is better than steamed. If it is steamed, it will take half an hour, and if it is boiled, it will be cooked for 10-15 minutes.
