Scallop Squid Porridge

The ingredients, scallops and squid shreds, are soaked in the refrigerator overnight.

Add water to the casserole, soak the scallops and squid without wasting the water. After boiling, add the scallops, dried squid, and two slices of pork belly. Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat for about 10 minutes.

Then add the uncooked rice and dried shrimps. After the rice is under, stir to prevent it from sticking to the pan and cook the porridge over a medium and low heat.

The cooked rice soup is also viscous, so add chicken noodles and fish sauce.

Add ginger shreds.

Add minced meat, mix well and turn off the pot.

Add cilantro and pepper after cooking.
