Scallop Stewed Radish

Ingredients: 2 jin strips of radish, 1 to 2 red peppers, and a little scallops (you forget to shoot when you want to send the recipe after cooking).

Peel the radishes and cut them into hob pieces, put them in the water together with the scallops and cook them thoroughly. The radishes can be easily inserted with chopsticks.

Remove the radishes and scallops and put them in the pot, add the amount of water for boiling the radishes, add red pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar, and then cornstarch to thicken.
