Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Wash the shallots and cut into chopped green onions for later use, remove the scallops from the refrigerator in advance and thaw

Fan rolls, soak in warm water to soften~ If you have cotton thread like me, remember to remove it in advance~

After the scallop meat is thawed, remove the dirt, otherwise the sand will affect the taste~ Rinse it with water several times

Use a knife to pat the garlic a few times, so that it is easier to peel ~ and then chop into minced garlic ~ or with the help of tools ~

Pour a little more cooking oil into the pot, pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry slowly to get a fragrance~
