I bought some string beans and I fry them like this before, and I always feel that they don't taste much! Since the last time I used sauce to fry the beans, this time I decided to use sauce to fry it too! Also added scallops!

Scallops with Soy Sauce and Green Beans

1. Cut green beans diagonally

2. The scallops are soaked in cooking wine in advance, and then bitten in the microwave for 30 seconds, then take out and grind into silk with the back of a knife

3. Take a small bowl and add Jingle sauce, this is actually a bit spicy noodle sauce

4. Add oyster sauce

5. Add tomato sauce

6. Add sugar and water

7. Stir well and set aside

8. Saute the minced garlic and red pepper in a frying pan

9. Add scallops and stir fry until fragrant

10. Add string beans and stir fry

11. Add some salt and continue to fry until tender

12. Add the tuned sauce and stir fry

13. Cook until the juice is almost dry, then drizzle with sesame oil and stir well.

Tips:

Adjust the sauce according to your preferences
