I bought some string beans and I fry them like this before, and I always feel that they don't taste much! Since the last time I used sauce to fry the beans, this time I decided to use sauce to fry it too! Also added scallops! "

Scallops with Soy Sauce and Green Beans

1. Cut green beans diagonally

2. The scallops are soaked in cooking wine in advance, and then bitten in the microwave for 30 seconds, then take out and grind into silk with the back of a knife

3. Take a small bowl and add Jingle sauce (actually this is a bit spicy noodle sauce), oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and water

4. Stir well and set aside

5. Saute the minced garlic and red pepper in a frying pan

6. Add scallops and stir fry until fragrant

7. Add string beans and stir fry

8. Add some salt and continue to fry until tender

9. Add the tuned sauce and stir fry

10. Cook until the juice is almost dry, then drizzle with sesame oil and stir well.

Tips:

The sauce is adjusted according to your own preferences, and the kidney beans must be cooked thoroughly
