Scrambled Egg Noodles with Tomatoes

Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces

Chopped green onion into the beaten egg

Heat the frying pan and put the eggs in

Fry the egg and push it aside, add tomatoes

Stir fry a few times, add refined salt and white sugar, stir well and serve.

After the water in the pot is boiled, put the hand-rolled noodles in and start cooking. When cooking, stir frequently with chopsticks to avoid sticking to the pot. After boiling, cook for about 3-5 minutes to turn off the heat

Pass the cooked noodles in cold water several times, put it in a bowl after cooling, add the fried tomatoes and eggs, you can enjoy the delicious noodles

I have issued recipes for hand-rolled noodles before. If you are interested, you can find and try to make them. If you don’t like hand-rolled noodles, you can also use dried noodles. It is easier and the taste is good.
