Scrambled Eggs with Beans
1.
1. Wash the beans, cut into cubes, add a little salt and mix well for later use.
2.
2. Beat the eggs, put a little salt, spread into omelets, cut into pieces and set aside.
3.
3. Wash the pot and heat the pot.
4.
4. Drain the oil (the amount of oil is based on the pan, fill the pan with oil paste, and discard the excess).
5.
5. Wait for the oil to heat up for a while, add the salted beans and stir fry for a while.
6.
6. Put a small half bowl of water into the pot in the bowl where the beans were placed before, and continue to stir fry. When the water is fast drying, add the cut omelette and continue to stir evenly to turn off the fire and take it out.
Tips:
ps:
1. Do not put salt in the process of frying, because the beans and eggs are salted separately.
2. The long beans can be eaten raw, so you don't have to worry about whether they are cooked. If you like it crispy, put less water, and if you like softer, put more water.
3. Because the portion is small, I personally think it is better to use a small frying pan.
