Scrambled Eggs with Cabbage and Shrimp Skins

1. Prepare materials;

2. Wash the cabbage cores and chop them into fine pieces. Wash the shrimp skins with clean water to control the moisture.

3. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the wok, add the shrimp skins when the oil is 50% hot

4. Shrimp skins are fried to give a fragrance;
