Scrambled Eggs with Carrots

Shred carrots, or rub them with a wiper.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add a little pepper and salt to taste, and stir well.

Chopped green onions.

After the oil in the pot is hot, add the eggs and fry them, serve them out and set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.

Add carrot shreds and stir fry to soften.

Tips:
Carrots must be shredded to make scrambled eggs delicious.
