Scrambled Eggs with Chive Moss

1. A handful of leek moss.

2. Pick, wash and cut into sections.

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of salt to beat them.

4. Put the oil in the pan and add the eggs to loosen.

5. Push the scrambled eggs to one side and add the leek moss.

6. stir fry.
