Asparagus is really a good thing. It is known as the "King of Vegetables" and the "King of Anti-Cancer" in the international market. It does have the effect of clearing heat and removing fire. Many friends like to eat asparagus, not only because of its taste, but also because of its therapeutic effects and its high content of folic acid. It is also suitable for pregnant women. But I personally think that patients with stomach pain should eat less, after all, eating more cold foods is bad for the stomach.

Scrambled Eggs with Chopped Pepper and Asparagus
