Scrambled Eggs with Coconut Tomatoes

1. Wash tomatoes and cut into hob blocks

2. Beat the eggs, add a little salt, and then pour them into the pan evenly

3. Add edible oil and chopped green onion to stir fry for a fragrant flavor; add tomato cubes and stir fry over high heat

4. Add coconut strips

5. Add a little soy sauce and other seasonings, stir fry for a few more times on high heat

6. Add the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with chives
