Scrambled Eggs with Coriander

Prepare cilantro, eggs, and onions.

Wash and cut the onion and cilantro; knock the egg into a bowl, add salt and mix well for later use

Heat the oil in the pan and spread the eggs.

Peel the egg aside; sauté the onion with the remaining oil.
5.
Pour in coriander and stir well.

Add salt and stir well.
7.
The fried eggs with cilantro are placed on the plate.
