Scrambled Eggs with Cucumber

Prepare the main raw materials. The amount of eggs is not fixed. If there are many people in the family, you can add one or two more.

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into even thin slices, sprinkle with salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Pickle the juicy cucumber, squeeze the water and set aside.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add cooking wine and beat into egg liquid.

Pour edible oil into the pot, lay the egg liquid when it is 50% hot, and fry it until solidified.

Tips:
1: Salt is added when marinating, so when sautéing later, just add a little soy sauce to taste.
2: Add a little cooking wine to the egg, and it won't be old after being fried.
