Scrambled Eggs with Cucumber Ham

1. Preparation materials: cucumber, ham sausage, egg

2. Cut the ham and cucumber into small cubes (wash the cucumber and cut off the stalk of 4cm), add 1 gram of salt and beat the egg into egg liquid

3. Put oil in the wok, heat to 80% hot on high heat, pour in the diced cucumber and stir-fry quickly for two minutes

4. Add the ham and continue to stir fry
