Scrambled Eggs with Dried Radish
1.
Soak the dried radishes for 5 minutes, then wash and chop
2.
Add a little salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine to the eggs and beat them (dried radish itself has a salty taste, and the amount of salt and soy sauce is enough for the eggs)
3.
Add the dried radish to the egg mixture and stir well
4.
Hot oil in the pot
5.
Stir-fry evenly so that the eggs are wrapped around the dried radish and it can be served
Tips:
1. Dried radishes are pickled by my father and are not very salty. If they are bought outside, they need to be soaked for a longer time.
2. Add some chopped green onion to taste better, but my kids don't like it, so I didn't add it.
