Scrambled Eggs with Enoki Mushroom

Prepare the required ingredients

Wash the enoki mushrooms and black fungus and set aside. Put the eggs in a bowl, and beat them into a liquid egg with chopsticks.

Tips:
1. If you have enough time, you can put the enoki mushrooms in the water in advance to remove the excess water and taste better;
2. The main reason for adding chopped pepper is to look good.
