1. Wash dry fungus with warm water.
2. Add a few drops of white wine to beat the egg liquid. Mince green onions, slice cucumber and ham.
3. Fry the eggs first.
4. Save the base oil, add the chopped green onion, pepper, and sliced ham.
5. Fry the fungus and then add the cucumber slices.
6. Finally put the scrambled eggs.
7. Add less chicken noodles before serving.
