Scrambled Eggs with Garlic

Ingredients: eggs, garlic yellow

Shell the eggs, add 1 gram of salt, 5 grams of water, and beat evenly

Cut garlic yellow into sections, and separate the stem from the leaves

Tips:
The yellow garlic is enough to bring umami to this dish. Scrambled eggs don't need too much seasoning, just simple salt will do.
