Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers
1.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of water and a third spoon of vinegar, and fully beat them into egg liquid. (Adding cooking wine can remove the fishy smell, adding water and vinegar can make the scrambled eggs more tender, but do not add more.)
2.
Wash the green pepper and cut into small pieces.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the oil and stir-fry in the egg mixture over medium heat.
4.
Serve the scrambled eggs for later use.
5.
Put a little bit of oil in the pot and stir-fry the green peppers until they are broken.
6.
Add the scrambled eggs, add salt and stir well out of the pot.
Tips:
Ps:
1. Add cooking wine in the egg to remove the fishy smell, add water and vinegar to make the scrambled egg more tender, but no more.
2. I like to fry the egg a little bit, you can also fry the whole omelet, shovel it into large pieces and mix it with green pepper and stir well.
3. If you like to eat older fried eggs, you can put the green peppers in and stir fry directly after the eggs are fried.
