Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers and Tomatoes

Shred the green onion, ginger and garlic, slice the tomatoes and peppers, stir the eggs evenly, add the chopped green onions and stir evenly

Heat oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and choke the pot

Pour the egg mixture into the stir fry, then add the tomatoes and peppers, stir fry, add a small amount of water,

Sprinkle in large spice powder, pepper powder, chicken essence, ginger powder, stir fry for a while
5.
Add a small amount of salt and white vinegar when it comes out of the pot
