Scrambled Eggs with Ham Sausage and White Ling Mushroom

1. Ingredients: eggs, ham sausage.

2. Bailing Mushroom (cleaned).

3. Chives.

4. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add some cooking wine.

5. Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

6. Unpack the ham sausage, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

7. Afterwards, lower the Bailing mushrooms into boiling water, blanch them and remove them.

8. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces.
