Scrambled Eggs with Leek Sprouts and Black Fungus

1. Ingredients: eggs, leek sprouts.

2. Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add some cooking wine.

4. Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

5. Boil the black fungus in boiling water and remove.

6. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces.

7. Then, combine the leek sprouts and black fungus and stir fry.
