Scrambled Eggs with Lettuce Leaves

Break the lettuce leaves into a single piece and put them in a container to repeatedly rinse off the sand and soak in water for about 10 minutes to better remove pesticide residues.

Peel off the scallions and garlic, clean and cut them into chopped green onions and garlic slices.

The soaked lettuce leaves are dried and cut into short and even sections for use.

Eggs 4 cleaned shell impurities into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to mix evenly into egg liquid
