Scrambled Eggs with Loofah

Wash 1 loofah.

Peel the loofah and cut into thin slices.
3.
The eggs were beaten in the plate.

Heat the oil in the wok, and pour the beaten eggs. The eggs are scrambled and served on a plate.

Put the oil in the wok again, add the loofah slices, stir fry, add salt, add the eggs and stir well.

Stir-frying time should not be too long, so as not to taste bad loofah.
