Scrambled Eggs with Loofah

1. Cut loofah into pieces with a hob, stir evenly with eggs, cut red pepper into small pieces, and mince garlic.

2. Fry the eggs and put them on a plate for later use.

3. Pour a little oil and sauté the garlic.

4. Add the loofah and stir-fry until half cooked.

5. Add the scrambled eggs, red pepper, salt and white pepper and stir fry until cooked.

6. A plate of light and refreshing loofah scrambled eggs is done.

Tips:
