Scrambled Eggs with Loofah

Cut loofah into pieces with a hob, stir evenly with eggs, cut red pepper into small pieces, and mince garlic.

Fry the eggs and put them on a plate for later use.

Pour a little oil and sauté the garlic.

Add the loofah and stir-fry until half cooked.

Add the scrambled eggs, red pepper, salt and white pepper and stir fry until cooked.

Tips:
When frying this dish, remember the soy sauce, it will look unsightly. If it is salty, you can add salt according to your taste.
