Most people like to use loofah to stir-fry shrimps. Today we will make it with another kind of whitebait and stir-fry with eggs. It has the freshness of whitebait, the sweetness of loofah, and the fragrance of eggs. It tastes very delicious.

Scrambled Eggs with Loofah and Whitebait

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Cut the loofah into pieces.

4. Pour the hot oil in the pot into the beaten eggs, when they are about to solidify, spread out and serve.

5. Reheat the oil in the pot, pour in the chopped garlic and saute.

6. Add the loofah and stir fry evenly.

7. Stir-fry the loofah until it changes color slightly, then pour in the washed whitebait and stir-fry.

8. Add salt and stir fry evenly.

9. Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan again and fry them evenly.
