Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

Remove the old leaves of the mushrooms and clean them.

Add water to a boil in a pot, add the mushrooms, and boil for 2 minutes.

Cut the blanched mushrooms into small pieces.

Put 2 eggs in the mushrooms, 13 fragrant. Salt and stir well.

Heat oil in the pot, add mushrooms, and just medium heat.
6.
After sautéing, add green onion and ginger and continue to fry.
7.
Stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
