Scrambled Eggs with Okra

Prepare materials.

Boil the okra with water in a saucepan, add salt and oil.

The sauteed okra is cut diagonally into sections for later use.

Cut the colored peppers into pieces.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add chives and salt, and stir.

Add oil to the wok, put the beaten eggs in, and scrambled eggs to serve.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the colored peppers for 1 minute.

Add the okra, stir fry for 1 minute and add salt.

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Blanching okra in advance is to remove the astringency.
2. Put the scrambled eggs out and add them at the end to prevent the scrambled eggs from getting old.
