Scrambled Eggs with Okra

Wash the okra and blanch it in boiling water;

Then cut into sections; cut the red pepper into small pieces;

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little salt to beat them;

Heat oil in the pot, pour in the egg mixture and fry into pieces, set aside;

Add some oil to the pot, add okra and red pepper and stir-fry for a while;
6.
Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry, add salt to taste and start the pan.
