Scrambled Eggs with Onions

Prepare raw materials;

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little rice wine to the eggs, beat them up and set aside;

Put in the freshly scrambled eggs after slightly discoloring;

Stir-fry for a few times, add salt and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Adding a little rice wine to the egg can help remove the fishy smell and make it more fluffy; 2. The yellow onion I use is slightly sweet, so you should sauté the onion first when you stir fry; 3. Add some okra for better color, and it’s fine. do not add.
