Scrambled Eggs with Oyster Mushroom and Pepper

Wash the sharp peppers, remove the core and shred them for later use

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, soak in baking soda powder and water for 15 minutes, rinse and drain the water.

Beat two eggs with a little water and set aside
