Scrambled Eggs with Parsley

Wash the celery.

Finely chop celery and blanch it with hot water.

Filter the water clean.

Knock the eggs into the bowl.

Add cooking wine and salt and stir evenly.

Put oil in the pot, pour the celery egg mixture into 60% heat.
