Scrambled Eggs with Pickled Vegetables and Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: eggs (have been beaten into the bowl), bamboo shoot tips (cooked), pickled vegetables (washed)

Add the right amount of cooking wine to the eggs.

Add some salt to taste.

Season and beat into egg liquid, set aside.

Place the washed pickled vegetables and the cooked bamboo shoot tips on the chopping board and chop them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bamboo shoot tips and pickled vegetables, stir fry.

Then, add the beaten egg mixture and stir fry until cooked. Serve.
