Scrambled Eggs with Pleurotus Eryngii

Beat down the eggs, drip some rice vinegar, and beat them up.

Finely dice the eryngii mushrooms and serve with ginger and green onions.

Add oil to the pot and fry fragrant ginger and green onions. 5

Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fragrant.

Add eggs and stir-fry well.

Add chopped green onion.

Add salt and stir-fry, then it is out of the pan.

Stir fry at home, and fry at will.
